1. Event Details
We clearly outline your event date, location, and times to ensure everything is aligned well in advance.

2. Secure Your Date with Confidence
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is deducted from your total balance. No confusion, no hassle.

3. Clear Payment Terms
Full payment is due no later than 3 days before the event, so we can focus on delivering an unforgettable experience.

4. Fair Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? No problem—cancel up to 12 weeks before your event for a full refund.
Short-notice cancellations (less than 12 weeks) require full payment due to scheduling and preparation.

5. Meals & Refreshments (For Longer Events)
If we’re performing for 6+ hours, we kindly request a meal and drink—just like any other supplier on the day.

6. Equipment Protection
Our gear is vital to delivering quality sound. Any damage caused by guests falls to the client signing the contract.
Full payment for damages must be made before leaving the venue.

7. Right to End the Event Early
We reserve the right to end the set early in rare situations involving:

• Threats to DJ safety

• Damage to equipment

• Hostile or unsafe behavior

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we pride ourselves on punctuality, certain factors may be beyond our control. LG Entertainment is not responsible for delays due to:

• Venue access issues

• Traffic disruptions

• Severe weather

• Accidents or other unforeseen circumstances
