What we provide

Our comprehensive prom and school event packages include full setup of state-of-the-art sound and lighting, including special prom LED lights. School's could also hire this just for the teachers to leave a message for the students and handed out at the end of term . 

 

Schools will receive a free copy of all the voice notes left via a USB to then distribute to the leavers as they wish. 

Additional USB's can then be purchased from ourselves  for an additional £6 each, which will hold all notes left. These would then be delivered to the school to be distributed. (Must be prior arranged of how many copies needed - delivered to school within 7 working days)

Is there a deposit?

We can do two options : 

1. We can secure your booking with a deposit and final payment must be made prior to the event taking place. Usually 28 days prior. 

2. A full invoice can be sent directly for prompt payment to secure your booking. 

Booking Confirmation will then be sent and a contract to be signed by the hirer. 

 

Can students request songs?

Yes if they are appropiate to play. 

No if a set list has been given by the hirer. 

Are you fully insured?

Yes we hold PLI for up to 5million and we have a full PAT certifcate every year.

Can we build our own package?

Yes of course, feel free to ask for bespoke quotes and we can work it out together, alternatively our single add on hired items are all on the website page.
